The New Orleans Pelicans is one of the teams that are having a hard time of finding their rhythm in the early going of the regular season. With their current situation, NBA trade rumors are spreading that their franchise player Anthony Davis is losing patience and wants out of the team. Speculations are also saying that he might be joining with Russell Westbrook in Oklahoma City Thunder before the NBA trade deadline.
Davis is averaging 30.6 points, 11.4 rebounds, and 2.7 blocks in 23 games this season and despite producing huge numbers it doesn't translate wins for them. Being in the league for 4 years, he'd been in the playoffs once during the 2014-2015 season but was booted out by the Golden State Warriors in the first round.
Last month, ChattSportsNet already linked Anthony Davis to the Oklahoma City Thunder. He was primed to replace Kevin Durant, who left the Thunder as a free agent and join the Golden State Warriors at the start of the season, and join Russell Westbrook to form again the dynamic duo of the team.
However, the Pelicans seems to be not satisfied with the trade offer of Enes Kanter and Anthony Morrow from the Thunder and immediately turned down the deal. But it seems that the Thunder is not backing out with the deal and sending another batch of trade offer to the Pelicans.
