Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ Release on April 21 Globally and Samsung Confirms AI Assistant 'Bixby'

Samsung, the Korean tech giant will release the most awaited flagships Galaxy S8 and S8+ soon. A fresh report straight from Korea pops-up stating that April 21, 2017, will be the global launch date of these two amazing smartphones. The report gives clear details from its unpacking event to its sales reservation and pre-order dates for buyers.

According to ETNews, the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ will first be unveiled in New York and London, where the company will carry out multiple city events on March 29. 2017. The report also states that after the launch, pre-orders will start on April 7, 2017, and will be available up to April 17, 2017. Finally, Samsung will release the best-made smartphones on April 21, 2017, for other global tech markets.

The company has also confirmed through its website for Italy the final proof of the availability of Bixby and it has added the AI feature in its Terms and Conditions, effectively confirming what it does. The Samsung Galaxy S8 is reported to come with a 5.8-inch AMOLED display and the Galaxy S8+ model with a 6.2-inch display. Under the hood, both the phones will feature latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB / 128GB internal storage expandable via microSD. The smartphone will be IP68 certified water resistant.

The phone will is reportedly said to be running with an Android 7.0 Nougat OS and packs a 3,000mAh battery on board.
