Justin Bieber Rehab: Friends Urge ‘Boyfriend’ Singer to Seek Help for Sizzurp Drug Abuse?

According to reports, Justin Bieber's close friends are urging him to go to rehab. TMZ reports that Bieber is allegedly abusing drugs and his behavior is so unpredictable that his team wants him to seek help. Reportedly the 19-year-old singer has been taking prescription pills, including Xanax as well as allegedly abusing alcohol and weed.

According to TMZ, he has allegedly takes a drug called sizzurp, which is codeine and promethazine mixed with Sprite and a Jolly Ranger. Sources told the gossip site that Bieber and his team refer to it as "lean." The site's source was adamant that the "Boyfriend" is not using cocaine and has never used it in his life.

Bieber has been liked to sizzurp in the past. In an Instagram photo from last February, what looked like a bottle of codeine was seen sitting on a table. At the time his reps denied that the pop star was abusing sizzurp.

Bieber has been having a pretty tough couple weeks. On Jan. 14 his Calabasas home was raided after his neighbor accused him and his friends of egging his house. According to L.A. County Sheriff's department the damage to the house was around $20,000, which made the case a felony.

During a press release, the L.A. County Sheriff said that about seven people were in Bieber's house at the time of the raid but the 19-year-old and his team were cooperating.

The police, who had a federal search warrant, said they were not looking for eggs but for anything that would connect Bieber to the egging. According to TMZ, police dismantled and confiscated Bieber's home surveillance video following the raid.

On Jan. 9, cops were called to the gated community after the singer's neighbor said eggs was being thrown at his house. Before police arrived the attackers had left but the neighbor claims it was Bieber.

The two have had a rocky relationship in the past.
