The Duchess of Cambridge stole the limelight during a recent dinner invitation. Kate Middleton stunned the onlookers with her floor-length jungle green gown at the National Portrait Gallery.
According to Mail Online, although the event was attended by top fashionistas and model, Kate Middleton held her ground in the gown. She looked classy and glamorous, carrying the dress with ease.
The gown was by one of Kate Middleton's favorite designers, Temperley London. The dress sported a lace overlay with sheer long sleeves and embroidered décolletage. A dark green ribbon tied in at the Duchess' waist completing the gorgeous dress.
She left her luscious locks down and stylized them in bouncy and soft curls. Kate Middleton accessorized her perfect outfit with a beautiful gold glitter clutch bag costing £195 by Wilbur & Gussie.
The Duchess sported £8,900 green amethyst and diamond Candy earrings set in 18ct yellow gold by Kiki McDonough. She completed her look with a pair of Jimmy Choo gold open toe heels.
Kate Middleton was invited because of her role as patron of the gallery. The Duchess has been giving much more public appearances that she did last year.
As previously reported by HNGN, she opened up about her challenges and fears as a mother while introducing the "Out of the Blue" documentary film series. In an attempt to raise awareness about maternal mental health challenges Kate Middleton spoke at the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologist.
She admitted that there are times during her life as a mother where she feels less confident and there is a feeling of ignorance. Kate Middleton encouraged fellow mothers to seek proper help if they feel their mental health needs it.
