Tori Spelling's husband Dean McDermott has been accused of cheating on his wife with a woman he met in Toronto shortly before Christmas. According to reports, Spelling gave her husband of seven years an ultimatum: "get help for sex addiction" or she's leaving.
Apparently, the "Santa Baby 2" actor decided to seek treatment and was photographed leaving a rehab facility in Los Angeles on Jan. 18, Life & Style magazine reports. The couple was spotted leaving the same facility a couple weeks ago.
"He did not appear at all happy. He looked like he hadn't shaved for a week and had a very sad look on his face as he was driven away," a source told Life & Style magazine.
"[Tori's] told Dean she'll leave him if he doesn't get help for sex addiction," the source added. "She's finally laying down the law because she knows things can't continue like this."
The source claims that if it wasn't for the children the "90210" star would have already bailed on the marriage already because she's "devastated" by the cheating allegations. Spelling and McDermott have four kids together; Finn, 16 months, Hattie, 2, Liam, 6 and Stella, 5.
According to E! News on Jan. 9, McDermott and Spelling was caught smiling and looking happy as they left a building in L.A. A source told the site that the building houses a couple's treatment center but it's not clear if they were there for a counseling session. Neither one has publicly mentioned their marriage problems but the source claims that the couple has been leading separate lives.
"They recently moved to a new house together," the source said. "But since the cheating scandal, Dean hasn't been seen at the house very much. Right now he hasn't been there in several days."
