Lea Michele: 'Cannonball' Singer Ready To Date Six Months After Cory Monteith's Death; Wants A Deep 'Emotional Bond', Again? (RUMOR)

Lea Michele has been mourning the loss of her longtime boyfriend Cory Monteith, but is she ready to move on?

Hollywood Life reports Lea Michele is hesitant to get back into the dating world, but would give love a chance if it comes around.

“Lea doesn’t have anyone in particular in mind to date but she would welcome the chance to fall in love again,” the source told the gossip site.

“She is at a point to where she wants to test the waters. She knows that its going to be a process but she definitely is welcoming the chance for love to come in her life again,” the insider added. “She doesn’t want to date around, she wants a more emotional bond.”

The “Glee” actress recently opened up to Teen Vogue about her emotional struggles dealing with the sudden death of Monteith.

"I somehow feel the insane love Cory and I had for each other morphed into this strength that I have right now," the actress told Teen Vogue. "There's just something about knowing he's watching everything I'm doing and feeling like I have to do everything now not just for me but for him. I also have a safety net below me—- if I fall or if it's too much, my friends and family will be there to catch me."

Lea Michele even revealed Monteith had listened to tracks from her upcoming album and he was incredibly supportive of her.

"He was such a fan, you don't understand," she said. "He would be like, 'You're going to be a pop star! What are we going to do? Are we going to, like, go on the road?' He would say, 'This is going to be big!'"

Michele does have a favorite track from the album, which reminds of her relationship with her late love.

"My favorite song is, 100 percent, 'You're Mine.' I listened to it the other day — it was the one song I had the most emotional reaction to, just because that's my relationship with Cory,” Lea Michele told Teen Vogue.
