This latest blunder with him edged out by other Democrats, even his VP Kamala Harris chatting it up with others. The most humiliating footage of the 46th president trying to get the attention led to nothing.
Barrack Obama Visits the White House
It was expected that Biden would be relevant on such an occasion, but it was not the case; even Kamala Harris cozying up to Biden's former boss, reported the Express UK.
The occasion in the White House is the 12th anniversary of Obama's Affordable Care Act (ACA) which is his signature law intended for health care.
In one corner was the former president chatting it up with other Democrats. The camera panned to the 46th president wandering about for the world to see how he cannot even command a conversion in the White House compared to Obama.
Sebastian Gorka, the former Deputy Assistant to Donald Trump, posted the video and captioned it "Biden-the-By-Stander at his party." Many saw the video as humorous that social media users took the time to give their opinions on the situation caught on tape.
Biden gets savaged online, and Obama gets praises. One Twitter user, Daniel, posted saying lost at sea as an iron reaction. Another one posted their comment saying that the POTUS is lost, pointing to where he should go. One post referenced how Biden liked ice cream and suggested he wanted to go to an ice cream stand at the White House function.
Biden and Obama were on the White House steps saying that healthcare will be affordable; most attention will be on eliminating a loophole that keeps everyone from getting it, noted the Los Angeles Times.
The White House Function
Obama said it was good to be back in the White House on the steps. He added that he noticed the changes by the 46th president when he was last there a year back.
Some observations remarked that Secret Service agents are required to wear aviators (a reference to Biden). Also, the kitchen has a lot of Baskin Robbins in it, and the current president likes to snack on ice cream. Then he said that Beau, the deceased son of the president, would not be happy about having a cat in the White House.
Obama added he does not wear a tie much these days. But with visiting the oval office, he doesn't mind as he gets to see the staff and people serving the White House.
Obama Care
Based on the current law on Obama care, there are limitations to getting health insurance via ACA's marketplace. It works by spending 10 percent of income coursed through an employer and programs, cited New York Times Post.
When family members are included in an insurance plan, the employee's cost exceeds 10%. However, the family is still regarded to have affordable healthcare but is no longer eligible for ACA assistance.
The 46th president stated on Tuesday that the ACA is stronger now than it has ever been. At a White House function, President Joe Biden was captured seen meandering about, while other Democrats gushed over Obama that wasn't good for the leader of the free world.
