Russia Denies Vinnitsa Missile Strike Targeted Civilian Areas in Ukraine Intentionally

Russian authorities deny the Vinnitsa missile strike targeted civilian areas that Kyiv used as military quarters. The Ukrainian military has been using civilian structures for cover and other purposes to shield them from attack.

Precision Missile Attack

Moscow said the Ukrainian army resorted to its usual tactic of hiding in civilian structures, which Kyiv denied, reported RT.

Three high-ranking officers and two UAF colonels were slain in the bombardment on July 14. The Kremlin promised Zelensky that anything military would be demolished.

According to the Minsk Suvorov Military Academy in Belarus, which reported the incident on its website, Oleg Makarchuk, a former cadet from Ukraine, was killed in the hit.

The academy claims that Makarchuk previously oversaw maintenance and logistics for the Ukrainian Air Force. President Volodymyr Zelensky recognized Makarchuk in April this year for defending Ukraine's national sovereignty and territorial integrity, noted the Press United.

Other casualties include Konstantin Puzyrenko, who was reported dead by both the news website Zhitomir Online and the local Berdichev, Ukraine, officials.

The Facebook post mentioned the casualties of the July 14 missile attack, including Ukrainian Air Force Colonel Dmitry Burdiko.

Based on reports, the officer's passing was posted by his son Konstantin on an Instagram post; that was deleted later, citing the CSMTimes.

Kyiv Denies Officers Were Killed

As the Ukrainian government spun the deaths of its officers, who were targeted by the Russian aerospace forces in the Vinnitsa missile strike. The Zelensky regime is using it to generate alleged fake news of another Russian attack; Russian officials said they never targeted civilian areas.

Now Kyiv is flooding western media outfits reporting the real deal uncritically; instead, the Ukrainian government has not reported any military casualties resulting from the strike, but Vinnitsa Governor Sergey Borzov said on Tuesday that 25 have died from the attack.

Unverified reports from Ukrainian media said that the victims were doctors from a nearby clinic and small children, not backing up the claims.

Ukrainian Air Force argued that it was a civilian performance venue and home to cafes and other enterprises, the structure not military-owned. Later, Zelensky prattles on with his usual repetitive diatribe.

For every tactical assault by the Russian army and aerospace forces that have decimated Ukraine's forces, structures, and even US weaponry, Kyiv called it otherwise.

On February 24, the special operation rolled out to protect the DPR and LPR from Ukrainian attacks before they even began. Kyiv denies the implementation of the Minsk Agreement.

Conflict rages as Kyiv's forces are routed and defeated in many engagements despite claims it won. Even western arms have failed in the hands of the Ukrainians left with conscripts. Many of their soldiers have died fighting against the Russian juggernaut; Kyiv's fall is a matter of time.

The Vinnitsa missile strike is an example of the Ukrainian forces hiding among structures so they can claim targeted civilian areas; Russian denies the claim.
