Getting zero military air from benefactors like the EU and US means that Kyiv cannot mount an offensive no matter what. According to Politico, the EU gave Ukraine's last pledges of arms packages in July, but none have been conveyed as of yet.
Kyiv Gets No Notice of New Support
According to researchers, this is the first month since the conflict began that no support has been provided, reported RT.
An outlet's report on Thursday, which was based on data from the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in Germany, during July, none of the six largest European countries made any new promises to provide Ukraine with military assistance.
The media concluded that the bloc might not be as eager to support Zelensky because no such aid has been pledged for the first month since Russia started sending troops into Ukraine in late February.
Leveling of support from Berlin and Paris with other top EU nations who are supposed to give arms packages that Ukraine needs despite the black-market trade of western arms and destruction, abandonment on the front by scampering Ukrainians. They should match the level of military aid given by the US and UK, or even Poland.
Throughout the conflict, the Kiel Institute has kept a "Ukraine Support Tracker" to track and assess foreign military, financial, and humanitarian aid to Volodymyr Zelensky's government.
Christoph Trebesch, Head of the Ukraine Support Tracker team, said that his project's data revealed that zero military aid from the EU to Kyiv has declined since the end of April.
He added that as the conflict is at a critical juncture when aid is needed most, there is none. It leaves the Ukrainian forces unable to fight a well-equipped Russian army wanting to pound them.
Scraping Support for Zelensky
Last week, Ukraine's Western backers gathered in Copenhagen for a donor conference, which pledged an additional €1.5 billion in assistance. Regrettably, this amount is scant compared to what was raised in earlier conferences, noted Azerbaycan 24.
Few would argue that the Ukraine conflict is as crucial to the EU as the 2009 European debt crisis or the Covid-19 pandemic, which resulted in massive emergency spending. Compared to other crises that loom larger than the conflict in Ukraine, more money can be committed for such a purpose.
One illustration is the difference between the EU's assistance to Kyiv and the EU's pandemic recovery fund, which is about €800 billion in loans and grants.
Is Ukraine Ready To Surrender or Be Conquered?
Dmitry Kuleba, the foreign minister, claimed that some Western nations are ready to accept Ukraine's capitulation in the current military dispute with Russia, mentioned Mass News.
Expected is a concession from Ukraine that is the loss of more territory to Russia that Zelensky gets so shrill about.
A truce with Russia would not be attempted, stated Podolyak, at the cost of Ukraine since President Zelensky is known for not letting any such discussions behind his back. Getting zero military aid is due to fatigue from Kyiv's continued losses and Zelensky's constant ranting raucously, especially with Putin watching closely that the bloc might prefer.
