The plaintiff in a complaint charging the comedians with sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse of a minor, Tiffany Haddish and Aries Spears, have been dropped from the case.

Haddish's agent Cesidia Carosa confirmed that the lawsuit, which was brought by a 22-year-old lady and her little brother, under the names Jane and John Doe, in late August, was dismissed on Tuesday at the request of the plaintiff.

Lawsuit Against Tiffany Haddish, Aries Spears

Because the action was dismissed with prejudice, the Does are no longer permitted to pursue the same claims against Haddish or Spears. In the case, Jane and John Doe claimed that Haddish and Spears had sexually assaulted them both as minors in Los Angeles.

The siblings also asserted that Haddish was their mother's lifelong friend. The lawsuit detailed several grooming and molestation incidents involving Haddish and Spears, including one in which the comedians collaborated with the Does on a 'Funny or Die' project about eight years ago, resulting in what the lawsuit referred to as a soft porn molestation video of Doe that they claim was not taken down from the media company's platforms until last May.

The plaintiffs also claimed that Haddish brought Jane Doe to a sexually explicit commercial shoot in the summer of 2013, when she claimed that Haddish and Spears instructed Jane Doe on how to imitate oral sex. A third claim states that the summer following she took John Doe to Spears' house, where they stripped the child down to his underpants.

Haddish offered to capture clips of John Doe for a Nickelodeon audition reel, as per USA Today. Haddish was also accused of inadequate supervision, breach of fiduciary duty, constructive fraud, and failure to warn. In addition to any applicable statutory damages, general and special damages were sought in the complaint.

According to Page Six, the woman spoke on behalf of herself and her brother and said, "My family and I have known Tiffany Haddish for many years and we now know that she would never harm me or my brother or help anyone else do anything that could damage us."

Haddish Claims She Lost All Her Jobs Amid Child Abuse Lawsuit

Tiffany Haddish, however, claims that she is currently jobless as a result of the child abuse lawsuit that was brought against her and Aries Spears. The 42-year-old 'Easter Sunday' actress was grilled by paparazzi at LAX on Wednesday after hearing that Jane Doe who had accused the comedians of sexual assault had asked the judge to dismiss the case.

Haddish and Spears' reputations might still suffer even though their identities are now legally clear. Haddish asserted that she can already sense it. "I was devastated. My jobs are all gone. Everything's gone," Haddish responded when asked if she thought the lawsuit would harm her public image.

Haddish added, "I don't have no belief that I can change how people see me through my work," to the photographer's question about whether she thought she could.

In the initial case filed by Jane and her brother, who was also unnamed, Spears and Haddish were accused of intentionally causing mental distress, gross negligence, sexual battery, sexual harassment, and sexual abuse of a juvenile.

Tiffany Haddish made her first appearance in public late on Tuesday night following the dismissal of a lawsuit accusing her of sexual abuse. The 45-year-old Jaleel White, who is best known for his role as Steve Urkel on the comedy 'Family Matters', was photographed accompanying a 'Girls Trip' star as they made their way to a Jack Harlow-hosted party in Los Angeles.

The event occurred the day before she said that all of her job offers had been withdrawn because of the now-dismissed lawsuit, or that they had dried up altogether, as per Daily Mail.
