After receiving an eviction notice, a lady from Chicago was accused of the brutal murder of her landlord, who was discovered dead and dismembered in a freezer, according to investigators.

For the death of Frances Walker, 69, Sandra Kolalou, 36, is accused of first-degree murder and concealing a homicide.

Missing Landlord's Remains Found in Freezer

Around 2:30 p.m. on Monday, tenants in the house where Francis rented out rooms to strangers informed police they heard cries. They contacted Walker, who responded, but according to the authorities, Kolalou was the one who actually sent the texts.

Kolalou was seen heading toward a tow vehicle that had been charged to Walker's credit card when police arrived at the house, according to the police. The other tenants confessed that Kolalou was their greatest fear.

According to authorities, she allegedly requested that the tow truck driver bring her to Foster Beach so that her vehicle could be towed. The renters exchanged phone numbers since they were concerned for the driver's safety, according to Fox Chicago.

Authorities claim that when cops got to the beach, they discovered bloody rags inside a trash can. Walker's residence was initially investigated by police, but no indication of wrongdoing was discovered.

They searched the house after discovering the bloody rags and discovered Walker's remains in a freezer. Kolalou was with the tow truck driver at the time, and according to the police, she threatened him with a knife. She was promptly taken into custody.

Walker, who played the piano for her local church and was well-liked in the neighborhood where she lived for many years, received a deluge of condolences. Walker is an avid gardener, so her neighbors grew worried when they didn't see her taking care of her yard over the weekend. She adored Lukey, her pet dog, and was frequently seen walking him.

Residents See Tenant Carrying Heavy Bag

Locals claimed to have recently seen the suspect, who was toting a hefty bag, asking a tow truck driver for assistance. When police located the driver, he admitted that the woman he had been driving had left the bag in a lakeside trash can.

After cops found the bag containing rags covered in blood, they entered the house where they made the startling discovery and located Walker's remains in the freezer after discovering this evidence, as per Daily Mail.

Walker is charming, according to neighbor Miranda Castillo, who also noted that she knows everyone else in the area. Another neighbor said, "We just assumed she was sick because it's flu season."

"It's almost unbelievable that someone would hurt her in this way. She was too kind. All I can say is that she was very nice. She never stopped loving. She was overjoyed. Lukey, her dog, was always by her side," Cecilia Soto said.

In September, when police were called to report a burglary in process, they discovered an unidentified mummified body inside a bathtub at a residence in Arizona. Before 3:30 a.m. on September 10, the Bullhead City Police Department received a complaint concerning the property in Mohave County around 7th Street and Palm Avenue.

Police were informed by neighbors that they hadn't seen the resident in about a year and that they thought she had left. When the police arrived, they discovered 65-year-old Christine Lee Walters examining the house. Later, officers asked that Walters also be charged with credit card theft, possession of hazardous substances, and possession of drug paraphernalia, News Week via MSN reported.
