North Korea calls UN Chief a Biden administration mouthpiece who should take a middle ground in the attempts of the US to steer Asia into a conflict.
Cloe, the NoKor representative, said the UN secretary-general is supposed to follow the UN, not act as an agent of chaos.
North Korea Calls Out UN Chief
North Korean Foreign Minister Choe Son Hui, Pyongyang's representative, stated to the Korean Central News Agency (KCNA), saying the UN secretary-general is akin to a part of the US White House or its State Department.
He stated how Pyongyang had seen the UN head as a deplorable extension of the US which is not following the UN Charter; instead, the agenda of the US administration destroyed the impartiality, objectivity, and equity in all matters, reported Far News.
The UN official was damning the ICBM launch last Friday and telling Pyongyang to stop its provocations, as opposed to what the US is doing in the Pacific, said the Nokor spokesperson. But the state of the UN head immediately squares the ICBM launch as a protest of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea, an ally of the US. The declaration was followed by more messages of condemnation by the US, especially its western allies, noted Almanar.
The launch occurred just after North Korea fired another short-range ballistic missile in reaction to a caution that it would participate in "harsher" military action if the US continued to increase its "extended" military aid to its allies in the region.
Choe lambasted the UN chief for ignoring the US and its allies after taking the North's ICBM test to the UN Security Council and said that this demonstrates that he is a pawn.
He further stated the UN secretary-general had been cautioned to take into account the concerns of the Korean peninsula that covers impartiality and objectivity.
Also, it is mentioned that Noor has a right to self-defense despite fears of instability in the Korean peninsula and the entire region. The cause is the US gaslighting concerns that lead to increased military purchases and activity, citing Arab News.
But he added the UN head is now pointing the finger at the DPRK for the tension in the region. This was unacceptable, citing the circumstances.
US, Its Allies Aerial and Maritime Exercises
Pyongyang's move to fire missiles is a warning to Washington, and it exercises for land, naval, and aerial maneuvers, including Seoul and Tokyo's overt participation. The US is feeding fears of a northern invasion.
Kim Jong Un called the tri-nation joint exercises headed by the US and its allies a practice for war. It calls the threats against NoKor serious; for this reason, nukes deter US aggression with allies.
Washington and Seoul have started actively flexing forces in maritime and airspace borders; North Korea added that the US should expect something for its provocations, not innocent acts.
North Korea says the UN Chief does not make independent assessments, compounding tension as the Biden administration's mouthpiece.
