The Pentagon, which has supplied the most west-supplied gun, reported they are either worn out or broken after the Ukrainian military burned out their equipment, despite advice on how to use them.

Pentagon Continues To Supply Ukraine with Military Hardware

Despite all the arms shipments to the UAF, which is not enough, the US administration is planning to make up for its proxy, reported Sputnik News.

The US media reports that the US and its allies will supply Kyiv even if the equipment is abused. Zelensky is unmindful of the upkeep of such weapons that are hard to keep and supply. Such practices by the UAF have to lead the failure of these arms, which are destroyed or damaged by Russian forces smashing Ukrainian defenses.

Estimates of the 350 howitzers supplied by the Pentagon are that a third is not working as American defense officials say, noted the Japan Times.

Ukrainian Military Overuses Weapons

Initial combat with the Russian Federation saw the Ukrainians run out of Warsaw Pact field guns using 152-millimeter ammo and later used west-supplied guns. The Defense Department sent 142 M777s to Ukraine for eight battalions.

They fire 155-millimeter shells and other compatible munitions offered by EU allies. UAF has used it for shelling and firing minefields. US and Kyiv officials reveal many are broken, busted barrels sent to a Polish facility.

According to the Pentagon's European Command, many are worn out and broken and need repairs done, not in the field. The Ukrainian Military is becoming troublesome in equipment; these weapon overhauls have begun recently.

Lt. Cmdr. Daniel Day, a spokesman for the US European Command, stated that needed maintenance sustainment packages are provided.

Kyiv Demands From the US, Its Allies

The problem is the demand for more weapons and ammo to sustain the west's proxy war. Washington has given the most rounds of 155-millimeter ammo from the US stockpiles and allies allegedly agreeing to supply, citing Kalerthanko.

Insiders told these shells and charges would wear out the US field guns in time. One report is the HIMARS MLRS has ammo from sets of pre-load tubes. Compared to howitzers that have complex reloading and shell almost a hundred pounds.

These field guns' inner parts will break down at the limit UAF is afraid to fire at close ranges; bigger charges wreck the weapons faster.

Bigger propellant blocks make more heat which ruins the gun barrel faster. Shells are damaged by improper loading with shorter ranges, even if made of titanium (M777s).

Maintenance personnel are constantly alert in Poland to begin taking over the wrecked howitzers and changing their barrels, other than performing different repair work.

Returning the restored guns to the front takes time. Kyiv officials are forcing their backers to bring the crews and shops close to keep up with their ram shod concern over the supplied equipment.

The US European Command in Stuttgart, Germany, is trying to improve the quality of ill-trained UAF personnel.

Pentagon, despite the spoilt West-supplied guns worn out or broken by the unconcerned Ukrainian Military, has been asking a lot from backers.
