Charlie Sheen, 48, is engaged to porn star Brett Rossi, 24, but mignt not let his fourth wife get a pass on a prenuptial agreement.
The former "Two and a Half Men" actor is worth an estimated $125 million, according to RadarOnline.com. However, that number will increase if Sheen's FX show "Anger Management" goes into syndication.
"The prenup will be very generous for Brett, but Charlie has to protect his finances even though he doesn't think the agreement will be needed, because he believes Brett is his soul mate," a source told the gossip site.
"[Sheen will] pay for Brett's legal fees as they work out the details of the prenup. For him, this is only a formality. He doesn't think Brett is after his money. This time, it's different," the source added.
RadarOnline reports Sheen is planning to give Rossi more money within the prenup than he did with his third wife Brooke Mueller, who ended the marriage with $3.5 million. However, Sheen never had a prenup with his second wife Denise Richards, whom he pays $55,000 in child support for their two daughters.
However, TMZ reports Sheen confirmed he won't be asking Rossi for a prenup.
"Prenups poison marriages," Sheen told TMZ. "You keep your s**t and I'll keep mine."
Sheen might not be sure if he wants a prenup, but he is open to having more children with his new fiancée. The actor currently pays $110,000 a month in child support for his four children, but Rossi wants to have kids of her own. However, the happy couple isn't in a rush to have kids.
"I'm having way too much fun with her right now," Sheen told TMZ. "So much fun it should be illegal."
Sheen officially popped the question on Valentine's Day, but the couple has not announced a wedding date.
