The mother of Aaron Carter posted eerie images of the room where her son died and accused the cops of disregarding her worries. Jane Schneck, formerly known as Jane Carter, published some shocking photographs.
Jane asserts that she was disregarded by officials and has distributed the photographs in the hope that they rethink classifying her son's death as a homicide, noting that he had received death threats.
Aaron Carter's Death
In November of last year, the Backstreet Boys singer died suddenly in his bathtub, with investigators saying that he likely overdosed. Throughout his decades of popularity, the singer had a history of prescription drug misuse and had been to rehab five times.
Yet, according to the Daily Mail, Aaron Carter had been clean for five years before his death, which also stated that his final treatment session was not due to relapse but rather to address his addiction triggers.
Aaron Carter's death at age 34 devastated his friends, family, and admirers throughout the globe, but his mother has frequently criticized how police handled his case. In her most recent effort to have her son's murder investigated, Jane, posted photographs of the killing site on Facebook.
One of the images depicted the discolored water-filled bathtub where the singer's body rested for hours before his maid discovered it. She reportedly removed the performer from the bathtub and attempted CPR while contacting 911.
Additional images depicted moist towels and abandoned clothing on the floor beside what seemed to be human waste. In a series of Facebook postings, the heartbroken mother said that police did not take the images and that "they let everyone go around" the crime scene.
Jane continued by claiming that a "full inquiry" had not been conducted and questioned the location of the towels in the images, stating that they were too "perfectly arranged."
The Los Angeles County Coroner's Office performed an autopsy on Aaron's body and determined that he did not drown due to the absence of water in his lungs, leading police to think he died from an overdose. According to Page Six, the 'I Want Candy' singer was discovered in the bathtub surrounded by cans of compressed air and pill bottles. A neutral third party will take over the management of his estate upon his passing.
In January, Angel, Aaron's twin sister, is believed to have successfully withdrawn her application to be administrator of his estate. According to Daily Express, the Backstreet Boys singer left an estate worth $500,000 without a will. Jane Carter told TMZ Live that many individuals were bullying her son online, and she thought that they may have caused him damage. She said that police had conducted a welfare check on Aaron Carter but that they had not seen him in person.
Jane Carter said she was dubious of Aaron's death because there was no water on the bathtub's sides, which she felt would have been there if he had been dragged out to do CPR. But, Jane Carter and her son's fiancée Melanie Martin, 30, have previously asserted that a drug transaction he made the night he died may have contributed to his overdose.
Martin stated in a January interview with TMZ that she discovered text messages on Aaron Carter's phone from a guy requesting $800 for an unknown chemical. Aaron Carter, who underwent many stays in treatment between 2011 and 2017, allegedly stated to the man that he no longer needed the substance. The man replied that it did not matter since Aaron Carter still owed the money.
He then inquired whether he was being threatened, at which point the texts ended. Following the unfortunate death, Martin provided the text exchange to the Los Angeles Police Department as proof. A former child actor, Aaron Carter, lived a life marred by drug addiction. Previously, it was stated that law police discovered prescription medicines and compressed air canisters in the toilet where he died.
Backstreet Boys Singer's Estate
Taylor Helgeson, the celebrity manager, stated that they had discussed his entering an inpatient rehabilitation center, despite Carter's opposition. Before entering treatment, Aaron Carter desired to reclaim custody of his one-year-old son, Prince.
A neutral third party will now handle the administration of Aaron Carter's estate since his twin sister Angel abandoned her effort to assume control. She allegedly agreed with Aaron's fiancee, Martin, the mother of his 14-month-old son Prince, to appoint a neutral third party as an administrator of the estate, which is believed to be worth around $500,000 in real estate and personal items.
In January, Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Small approved the twin's plea to drop her claim to be the administrator. Aileen Federizo, a financial expert, was named administrator, granting her "complete responsibility" over the estate. The court set a second hearing for June 25.
