Elon Musk's X Corp is being accused by the anti-hate speech group Center for Countering Digital Hate (CCDH) of intimidation.
The organization made the allegation against the company after the billionaire made its controversial rebranding for Twitter.
CCDH Accuses Elon Musk's X Corp of Intimidation
According to The Guardian's latest report, ever since Musk acquired Twitter (now called X) for $44 billion, CCDH has been conducting research into the content published on the platform.
The Verge reported that X Corp complained that CCDH regularly posts articles, which false or misleading assertions about the social media platform.
The company added that the organization is doing this with the main goal of harming Twitter's reputation.
Elon Musk's X Corp even sent a letter to a U.S. law firm, saying that it will sue the anti-hate speech group for its actions.
"The article cites no sources other than different, similarly threadbare posts on CCDH's own website, and fails to identify the qualifications of any of the researchers who worked on the article," said Alex Spiro, X Corp's attorney, via The Daily Mail UK.

What CCDH Said About X Corp's Letter
After learning about X Corp's letter, CCDH's legal representative accused the company of intimidation.
The official explained that the letter was an attempt to intimidate those who are advocating against incitement, harmful content, and hate speech online.
CCDH Chief Executive Imran Ahmed said that Elon Musk decided to attack their organization because they are revealing the truth about Twitter's spreading hate and disinformation.
He added that the billionaire is targeting them because their research is impacting the platform.
Recently, CCDH conducted a study that included around 100 tweets that allegedly contain harmful content, such as racism, antisemitism, and homophobia.
However, X Corp's attorney said that the study is misleading and contains unsupported claims.
