An elderly American tourist was reportedly killed in a horrific elephant attack in Zambia that was captured on video.
The elephant charged at the car the woman was in and flipped it over several times.
She was part of a group of six staying at the Lufupa Camp in Kafue National Park, the Telegraph reported.
Video of the incident shows the vehicle driving down the road with a bull elephant walking in the vegetation. It apparently spots the vehicle and then charges.
The vehicle stops and the elephant flips it.
The tourists can be heard panicking and screaming during the terrifying incident.
The 80-year-old woman died at a hospital. Her name was not released. A second woman was injured and remained hospitalized.
"Our guides are all extremely well trained and experienced, but sadly in this instance the terrain and vegetation was such that the guide's route became blocked and he could not move the vehicle out of harm's way quickly enough," Wilderness Zambia's CEO said in a statement to local media.
Kafue National Park is the largest game reserve in Africa.
Zambia has been in crippling drought. The nation's president declared a national disaster after almost half of the country's "planted area" were destroyed.
