Shocking surveillance video reportedly shows a 64-year-old man getting mowed down in Houston by a motorist who then sat on the suffering man and kissed the victim before allegedly stabbing him nine times.
Local resident Steven Anderson was walking to pick up his mail when he was struck by a car in Houston on May 3, ABC13 reported.
The car backed up and hit him again, after which witnesses said the driver got out of the vehicle and approached Anderson while holding a knife, according to ABC13, which didn't show the impact in the video.
Karon Fisher, 20, allegedly flipped over Anderson's limp body, straddled and kissed him, and then repeatedly stabbed him in a horrifying scene that the station said was blurred out to obscure the victim's body.
Fisher, who appeared in the video broadcast by ABC13 to be barefoot and wearing black panties and a sports bra, reportedly tried to get into another car before turning around, leaping over Anderson's body and walking away, according to witnesses.
"It's very disturbing. I have kids here. They could have been out here playing," one neighbor told ABC13.
Another shocked neighbor said: "It happened right under our noses."
Fisher was charged with murder and is being held on $2 million bond pending a May 24 court date, according to online jail records.
Fisher, who was described by police as a woman but is identified in court records as a man, was also charged with assaulting a hospital worker on the same day as Anderson's slaying, ABC13 reported.
Fisher was placed on five years of community supervision for evading arrest in 2023 and was charged with prostitution in a 2021 case that was dismissed, according to the station.
