Podcaster Alex Jones broke down in tears on his Infowars show this week, claiming the FBI was shutting him down

"This is going to be Infowars' last show, because I learned yesterday that they were going to padlock the door and kick us out last night," Jones told listeners on Saturday.

Here's a look back at some of his most bizarre Infowar moments:

  • Addressing the Sandy Hook School shooting, Jones claimed that the 2012 attack, where 20 first graders and six educators were killed, was a hoax and that the families of the victims were actors.

Just hours after the shooting, he began labeling it a "false flag," a plot orchestrated by the government to justify confiscating Americans' guns.

  • In 2015, it was claimed that atrazine had caused a majority of frogs in the US to become homosexual.

He also alleged that the US government was conducting a "chemical warfare operation" to increase rates of homosexuality and decrease birth rates.

  • One of the most shocking Infowars moments was a 2022 interview with rapper Kanye West, in which West praised Hitler and Nazis alongside white nationalist Nick Fuentes.

"I like Hitler," West told Jones.

"I love Jewish people, but I also love Nazis," he added.

Kanye's comments prompted strong denunciations from across the political spectrum, including from some former supporters of the rapper, reported The Washington Post at the time.

The conversation with Jones focused on the November 23 dinner that Ye and Fuentes had with Trump, which took place one week after Trump had announced another run for president.

Jones relished the attention his guests were bringing to his show.

"I'm the crazy one here," Jones said.

"We're all crazy. The whole world is crazy. And the whole power structure is coming down."

"This is absolutely lit. This is lit, lit, lit, lit, lit. The number one show in the world right now."
