Two men have been arrested in Pennsylvania for allegedly kidnapping four female victims, holding them in a shipping container, and raping them, police said.

The Pennsylvania State Police said Tuesday night that they received a call from someone who said they were following an SUV with two of the victims inside on Route 33 in Monroe County. Police did not say how the caller knew the victims were in the vehicle.

State police and Pocono Mountain Regional Police located the SUV in a Walmart parking lot in Mount Pocono, and found one suspect in the vehicle with one victim, while the second suspect and second victim exited the store.

Davaun Carlon Jackson, 29, and Isaiah Rogers-Keeney, 19, were arrested.

According to police, Jackson and Rogers-Keeney allegedly abducted four female victims on Monday, ordering them into a vehicle. The men then drove the victims to a Smithfield Township property owned by Jackson. Troopers say the victims were held inside a shipping container, where three of the four victims were bound with rope.

Police did not specify the ages of the victims.

Troopers said Jackson was armed and threatened to kill the victims. Two of the victims were allegedly sexually assaulted by Jackson.

Jackson is charged with kidnapping, rape, sexual assault, terroristic threats, tampering with evidence, strangulation, false imprisonment, robbery and other charges. Rogers-Keeney was arrested as an accomplice.

State police are asking anyone with information to come forward or submit an anonymous tip.
