Season 10 of "The Bachelorette" with Andi Dorfman kicks off Monday, May 19 and spoilers for the show are already rolling in. (You can check some out here and here). Bachelor-spy and TV blogger Reality Steve has the scoop on the premiere episode and said it will be pretty interesting.
WARNING: This article contains spoilers for the first episode. Stop reading now if you don't want the show spoiled.
According to Reality Steve, the show starts with host Chris Harrison making a brief dedication to Eric Hill, the contestant who died after filming ended. By the end of the first Rose Ceremony, the guys will be narrowed down from 25 to 19 and Dorfman will have a little help.
Reportedly, her father, Hy, pops up unannounced at the cocktail party to talk to the guys and helps Dorfman select the 19 guys who will stay on the show. Reality Steve reports that ABC decided not to air Hy showing up the Bachelor Mansion but assures that he definitely did show up and had a say in who stayed and who left.
It also sounds like the limo entrances will be a little interesting. Cody, a personal trainer, pushes his limo up to the mansion, Eric Hill gives Dorfman two dolls a girl he met in the Andes Mountain made for her, Bradley sings her a song and Marquel brings cookies.
Tasos pulls a sweet little move and brings a lock so he and Dorfman can put it on the gate at the mansion. Apparently he's a fan of the Lover's Bridge in Paris. A bachelor named Jason probably ruins his chances with the Atlanta native when he delivers a cheesy pickup line: "I think you have a fever. Cuz you're lookin' pretty hot."
Reality Steve also claims there's going to be a party crasher. "Bachelorette" Season 8 contestant Chris Bukowski shows up to the mansion in hopes of joining the show. Bukowski was sent home by Emily Maynard after the hometown dates but continued his journey on the spin-off show "Bachelor Pad" where he hooked up with three different women.
Dorfman crushes Bukowski "Bachelorette" dreams and producers send him packing. Some other interesting notes about the premiere, two of the contestants form a bromance and spend more time talking to each other than with Dorfman and Nick V. gets the first impression rose.
