Robin Thicke is still trying to win back his estranged wife Paula Patton. The 37-year-old singer has dedicated songs to the "Baggage Claim" actress and now he's naming an entire album after her.
Thicke's rep told US Weekly that the singer's upcoming album will be titled "Paula" and will feature his latest single, "Get Her Back." Thicke debuted the song at the 2014 Billboard Music Awards in May. The two announced their split earlier this year in a joint statement after pictures surfaced of Thicke partying with other women.
"We will always love each other and be best friends," the statement said. "However, we have mutually decided to separate at this time."
Thicke and Patton, who have been together since high school, have a three-year-old son named Julian. At the time they announced their split, a source told US that the "Blurred Lines" singer "wanted to save their marriage, but it was Paula's choice and she ended it."
The source added that the singer "does not want this divorce."
Since then he has made several public attempts to get Patton back. Days after the split was announced, Thicke dedicated a song to his wife during a concert in Fairfax, Va.
"For y'all that don't know, me and my wife separated but I'm trying to get my girl back," he told the crowd adding that she was "a good woman."
Patton recently spoke to Vanity Fair about the split and said that there would always be a "deep love" between her and Thicke.
"We've known each other since we were teenagers," she said. "All I can tell you is there's a deep love there - always was, and always will be. He wasn't my first kiss, but he was my first lots of other things."
Thicke's new album, "Paula," will be released July 1.
