Clark Kent and Bruce Wayne may be fighting against three new villains in "Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice."
The Latino Review reports Metallo and The Joker won't be making an appearance in the film as Victor Zsazs, David Cain and Morgan Edge are running the show.
Victor is a serial killer who Batman has encountered multiple times. Morgan, who the site claimed could be played by Scoot McNairy, is a public relations exec for Lexcorp. David is an assassin reportedly meets with Lex Luthor's bodyguard Mercy Graves for a hired kill.
Along with the three new villains, the Latino Review reports the production could add antagonist Amanda Waller into the mix. Waller is a senator with a commanding presence who sees Superman as a threat to Metropolis.
The villain rumors came shortly before director Zack Snyder unveiled the first image of the Man of Steel for the "Batman v. Superman" production to USA Today.
Snyder dished on working with Henry Cavill again, claiming the actor is more comfortable with the role than he was before. Snyder explained the more he worked with Cavill, the more he sees the actor as Superman.
"We've both created this guy and we can push him around a little bit," Snyder told USA Today. "The more time I spend with Henry, the more he's Superman to me."
The director added he is aware of the historical aspect of being the first live-action production to bring the two superheroes together. Snyder told USA Today he wasn't in a rush to put out a "Batman" movie, but bringing the character into Superman's world was the right move for the production.
"You can talk all you want about other superhero movies, but it's Batman and Superman, let's just be honest," Snyder said. "I don't know how you get bigger than that."
"Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice" is set to hit theaters on May 6, 2016.
