‘The Walking Dead’ Season 5 Spoilers: Carol and Daryl Reunite on Atlanta Set; Spotted Filming Scenes Together (PHOTOS)

There's a reunion taking place on the Atlanta set of "The Walking Dead" and it involves two fan-favorite characters: Carol Pelletier (Melissa McBride) and Daryl Dixon (Norman Reedus). The two spent most of Season 4 apart after Rick Grimes (Andrew Lincoln) kicked her out of the prison.

Shortly after that, everyone was forced to hit the road again after the Governor's attack on the prison. During Season 4, Carol met up with Tyreese who was traveling with Mika, Lizzie and baby Judith. By the end of the season, Carol, Tyreese and the baby (Mika and Lizzie were killed) had not yet made it to Terminus, where everyone else was trapped inside a train car.

Thanks to The Spoiling Dead's Facebook page, fans already know that Carol eventually makes it to Terminus. She was spotted filming scenes at the location a while back. Now the group has obtained photos of Carol and Daryl traveling together. In one picture the two were reportedly seen filming scenes on some type of walk way. You can check out the photo here.

In related "Walking Dead" news, AMC released two sneak peek videos of the cast and crew dishing on the brutal and "disturbing" upcoming season. In the first video released, the cast and crew talked about their favorite zombie kills, the most exhausting thing about filming in Georgia and the most disgusting zombie on the show.

In the second clip, everyone dished on what's in store for Season 5. Reedus teased that the script was going to be insane and said "every couple pages you're just like 'Oh my God.'"

"You have to put it down for a second and just think about it," he added.

Lincoln also gave his thoughts on what fans can look forward to when the show returns and said that he thinks the premiere episode will be the "most ambitious first episode" in "Walking Dead" history. Lauren Cohen (Maggie) said that there were certain parts filmed for the premiere that she wasn't sure would make it to TV because it's too brutal.

"This episode is so disturbing," Cohen added.
