"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" is currently filming in Detroit and recently photos from the set have been leaking online. Last week pictures surfaced of Ben Affleck as Bruce Wayne and now fans have their first full-color look at Henry Cavill's new Superman costume.
The photos were posted on Twitter (via @HenryCavillOrg) and show Cavill walking to his trailer with his black robe wide open to reveal his suit. Some fans and websites pointed out that the actor's costume looks a little brighter and more colorful than the one that appeared in "Man of Steel."
"The teaser footage shown at SDCC 2014 seemed to show a more vibrant Supersuit, and that is definitely the case," ScreenRant.com wrote about the costume. "With a red and yellow logo that can be seen for miles in all directions, and a brighter, more classic blue, Cavill's Superman looks to be right at home next to [Ben] Affleck; both seem torn right off the comic book page."

In related news, Affleck recently chatted with Entertainment Weekly about the insane amount of backlash he received after director Zack Snyder announced he would take over the role of Batman in "Dawn of Justice."
"Before I took the role, Warner Bros. gave me a bunch of past reactions to casting and said, 'Are you sure you want to get into this? This is part and parcel of these movies now. There's a lot of active fans with a lot of opinions.' To me, having been through a certain amount of that, it doesn't really... Everyone's entitled to their opinion," he told EW.
Affleck also said he wouldn't have accepted the role if he didn't think he could nail it as the Caped Crusader.
"I wouldn't have taken the part if I didn't trust my instincts in terms of the filmmaking. I think Chris Terio wrote a terrific script," Affleck continued. "I wouldn't have done it if I didn't think I could do it. I have the benefit of a lot of that understanding. But also, everyone is entitled to their opinion."
"Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice" hits theaters March 25, 2016.
