"The Hunger Games" actress Jennifer Lawrence was victimized a second time when a new wave of nude photos, and now videos, popped up online. It was previously reported that the anonymous person responsible for the massive leak, posted on 4chan - where the nude celebrity photos first appeared Sunday evening - that even more explicit images would surface in the next few days.
The leak first happened Sunday, Aug. 31, even though some Internet users said the hack had been in the works for months. According to the Daily Mail, new photos and videos leaked Tuesday (Sept. 2) targeting stars such as Jessica Brown Findlay, Aubrey Plaza and Lawrence.
Reportedly a naked video of Lawrence is supposedly making the rounds. Brown Findlay is also said to have had an explicit video leaked online.
"I know no one will believe me, but I have a short Lawrence video," the hacker wrote, according to the Daily Mail. "Is way too short, a little over 2 minutes and you only get to see her boobs. Anyways, if somebody wants it let me know how I can upload it anonymously (I don't want the FBI over me, and you don't wanna know how I got this video)."
Lawrence's rep previously said the actress had already contacted the authorities.
"This is a flagrant violation of privacy," the rep said. "The authorities have been contacted and will prosecute anyone who posts the stolen photos of Jennifer Lawrence."
According to the Daily Mail, a spokeswoman for Brown Findlay confirmed that the X-rated videos of the "Downton Abbey" star are real but said the actress was "not making any comment because it's a criminal investigation."
On Monday, the FBI and Apple announced that an investigation was being launched to see how hundreds of private images were stolen.
"We take user privacy very seriously and are actively investigating this report," an Apple spokeswoman told the Daily Mail.
According to BuzzFeed, it's believed that the hacker(s) were able to gain access to celebrity's private information due to a flaw with iCloud.
On Sunday a "master list" of female celebrity names said to be affected by the leak was posted to 4chan. The list, which had 101 names, included stars such as Kim Kardashian, Gabrielle Union, Rihanna, Cara Delevingne, "American Idol" contestant Tenna Torres, Mary Kate Olsen, Victoria Justice, Kate Upton and her boyfriend Justin Verlander, and Mary Elizabeth Winstead.
