'Batman vs. Superman' Movie Update: Batmobile Photos Suface Revealing Stunt Version Of Vehicle And More (SEE IT)

More images of the Batmobile on the “Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” set have surfaced.

According to Batman-News, local Detroit businesses and homeowners have been notified on a night shoot that will occur on Wednesday, Sept. 10. The shoot will include pyrotechnics at the Russell Industrial Center.

The production is reportedly setting up for the night shoots, which marked the first appearance of the Batmobile on set. The first time fans got a look at the Batmobile was back when director Zack Snyder unveiled Ben Affleck’s new Batsuit in May.

However, the first reported scene featuring the Batmobile allegedly occurred in August. Batman-On-Film reports a source caught a glimpses of the shoot, which also featured Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor.

"There is filming taking place on a seaside port at night,” the source wrote in an email to Batman-On-Film. “It seems as if The Batmobile has and will be involved. A chase scene has been filmed that included a lot of stunts.

“A Batman stunt double was used to film a scene that had Batman standing on the top of a 40+ story crane. Most of this shooting has been stunt double heavy. Also, Lex does have hair (as I mentioned a while back), but not the bright red as some sites are speculating."

“Batman v. Superman: Dawn of Justice” stars Ben Affleck as Batman, Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman, Jesse Eisenberg as Lex Luthor, Henry Cavill as Superman, Ray Fisher as Cyborg, Amy Adams as Lois Lane and more. The DC film is slated to hit theaters on March 25, 2016.
