Eminem New Album 2013 Update: Kendrick Lamar, Black Hippy to Debut on Album

Eminem's new album for 2013 is on its way and a new photo released this week shows the rapper posing in the studio with Kendrick Lamar, Mr. Porter, Jay Rock, Eminem, Royce da 5′ 9″, Ab-Soul and ScHoolboy Q, suggesting they are going to be featured on the upcoming album. The photo was snapped on Wednesday.

This will be Eminem's eighth studio. The Black Hippy crew visited Eminem's Detroit studio during a stop on the good kid, m.A.A.d city tour. Although Eminem or any of the other crew members have confirmed any reports, fans are very excited about the highly rumored and reported album. There have also been leaked reports of Eminem's new track list for the album.

Last month Em was snapped in the recording booth with comedian Chris Rock, and in April he and Big Sean were photographed side-by-side and believed to be working on music as well.

Last fall, Eminem teased a 2013 solo album when his official online store debuted a Detroit Tigers-style baseball cap that included the years of all of his previous LPs, with 2013 coming last.

The rumors began earlier this year when his mentor, Dr. Dre, let it slip that Eminem was busy working on a new album earlier this year. Some reports say Eminem's new album witll drop July 2, 2013.

"Em is finishing up his project. And for me, man, I've just gotten inspired again to go back into the studio," Dr. Dre told Power 106 back back in March. "I'm just really having fun with life and having fun with being creative and trying new and different things with myself, just trying to stay active... As you know, it's been almost 30 years for me in music. It's a little bit difficult to keep getting inspired to get back in there but you know, music is my first love and I'm going to continue to do that as long as I can."
