Valeria Lukyanova (also known as the Human Barbie) is nursing face wounds after she was brutally attacked on Halloween night. The 28-year-old Ukrainian model told the Daily Mail that two unidentified men punched and strangled her outside of her home in Odessa.
"I was attacked by the enemies of my block of flats," she said. "I came back home from a shop with bags and entered the door code when two men rushed from the dark and attacked me."
Lukyanova, who was reportedly hospitalized for a few days following the attack, said she believes the men are the same people who have been harassing her for the past two years. The model told the Daily Mail that she has been receiving phone calls from strangers threatening her.
"They said nothing and did not try to rob me," Lukyanova said, describing the attack. "It happened in a flash; they hit me on the head, several times on my jaw, then one of them began strangling me. If it wasn't for my neighbor who suddenly appeared, I don't know what would have happened. They saw her and ran away."
