During the height of his career Bill Cosby was looked at as one of the most lovable actors in Hollywood. He had a hit TV show - "The Cosby Show" - and he made us all laugh. However, in recent weeks Cosby's image and reputation has taken a huge blow after numerous women have come forward with claims that the actor raped or sexually assaulted them.
Cosby has also been accused of drugging women's drinks. The 77-year-old has flat out refused to answer questions about the accusations and his lawyer has dismissed the claims as holding no truth whatsoever. With no solid proof to pin or disconnect Cosby from the claims, the allegations continue to gain steam.
Last week, former NBC staffer Frank Scotti came forward with claims that he helped Cosby cover up his tracks. In an interview with the Daily News, Scotti said he personally delivered thousands of dollars to several women Cosby allegedly had an affair with.
Scotti also said that he would often stand guard outside of the actor's dressing room when he would invite young models over.
"He had everybody fooled," Scotti told the Daily News. "Nobody suspected."
Scotti claims that between 1989 and 1990 he gave money - on behalf of Cosby - to eight different women. One of those girls was allegedly Shawn Thompson, whose daughter Autumn Jackson believes that Cosby is her real father.
"I was suspicious that something was going on," Scotti said. "I suspected that he was having sex with them because the other person he was sending money to (Thompson) he was definitely having sex with."
"Why else would he be sending money?" he continued. "He was sending these women $2,000 a month. What else could I think?"
Scotti admitted that he "did a lot of crazy things" for Cosby but said it eventually started to gnaw at him.
"It bothered me... You've got all of these kids, every time," the now 90-year-old said. "I used to like him, but that's the reason I quit him after so many years - because of the girls."
