Leah Messer changed her mind and decided to sign on for Season 6 of MTV's "Teen Mom 2." Last month, the 22-year-old mother of three shockingly announced on Twitter that she was quitting the show writing, "I hope my girls continue to move on with TM2. I wish them the best."
MTV hasn't made Messer's return official but The Ashley Reality Roundup claims that she signed a new deal on Tuesday. Supposedly, she's only returning because she needs the money.
"Leah will be back next season after all," a source told Radar Online, adding that she only agreed to do one more season.
Messer is said to begin filming for the upcoming season soon. Her "Teen Mom 2" costars Chelsea Houska, Kailyn Lowry and Jenelle Evans have already started filming. The Ashley also had some interesting news about Messer's return.
Because the 22-year-old signed on for a new season her ex-husband Corey Simms will be allowed to shoot scenes for the show. It's not clear if Simms plans on appearing on the show but it'll be interesting to see how producers tie in that storyline with the crumbling marriage of Messer and her soon-to-be ex Jeremy Calvert.
In Touch magazine reported last month that Calvert filed for divorce because he thought Messer cheated with ex-boyfriend Robbie Kidd.
"Leah is doing everything she can to keep her family together," the source told In Touch at the time. "She always thought she'd be able to win him back," the source said. "The fact that she can't has made her a total mess. She's hit rock bottom."
Messer and Calvert have a 20-month-old daughter together named Adalynn Calvert and she has twin 4-year-old girls, Ali and Aleeah, with Simms.
