Bruce Jenner has reportedly already started telling certain people what female name he wants to use after he makes his transition. It's been heavily rumored that the 65-year-old former Olympian will announce his sex change during an interview with Diane Sawyer, set to air in the spring.
Sources close to Jenner told Us Weekly that he already filmed a portion of the interview where he revealed what his new name would be. The source didn't share the name publicly but told US that Jenner "referred to her in the third person."
Hollywood Life previously reported that the Kardashian/Jenner patriarch wanted to change his name to Agnes but this has not been confirmed.
"We don't know if he's joking but he's told us in passing that he wants to begin the New Year with a 'banging change,' and said he wants to change his name to 'Agnes' legally on his driver's license."
"We asked him why the name change ... [and] he said it's 'in honor of Agnes Keleti who is one of the best gymnasts ever,'" the sourced added.
Besides a tell-all interview with Sawyer, Jenner will also discuss his transformation on Season 10 of "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and is filming his change for a docu-series on E!. The source told US that producers want to watch the footage before they decided on a name and how many episodes the series will get.
The famous family has kept quiet about the rumors surrounding Jenner. The only one to speak out publicly was Kim Kardashian who confirmed that her step-father was on a "journey" but refused to say anything else about it.
"I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way ... I think everyone goes through things in life, and I think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he'll share whenever the time is right," Kardashian said on "Entertainment Tonight."
"I think Bruce is very happy, the happiest I've ever seen him," she continued. "He's our dad so we support him no matter what, and I think when the time is right he'll talk about whatever he wants to talk about."
