Kate Middleton & the Royal Baby: Parking Restricted at Lindo Wing Where Duchess Will Deliver (at Fraction of the Cost for Average Uninsured American)

Parking restrictions have been posted outside the Lindo Wing of St Mary's Hospital in Paddington, London. The restrictions are already in effect and will be enforced until April 30.

According to Huffington Post UK, Catherine Elizabeth Middleton and William Arthur Philip Louis Windsor hope to avoid the media circus that was dubbed the "Great Kate Wait" two years ago when Prince George was born.

Most mothers-to-be in the U.K. don't opt for private care, so they do not incur any fees, but Middleton plans to return to the Lindo Wing to have her second child delivered by the same man who delivered her first: the household surgeon-gynecologist, Dr. Guy Thorpe-Beeston.

In the United States, a delivery can cost $32,000 ($50,000 for a c-section), according to Quartz, but the highly-anticipated royal baby will cost his parents just about $17,360 with the 10 percent loyalty discount the Cambridges will get for being repeat customers. Granted, Americans with insurance wouldn't have to pay everything out of pocket except for maybe $4,000, according to Quartz, but uninsured Americans would be billed the full brunt of costs.

According to Hello!, the newest addition to the royal family will bump Prince Harry back in the line of succession and take his number four seat.
