Lindsay Lohan Rehab: Actress Leaves Care Facility After 90-Day Stay (PHOTOS)

Despite earlier reports that Lindsay Lohan was hoping to extend her stay in rehab, the actress was spotted leaving Malibu-based facility, Cliffside, in a seemingly good mood.

Sporting sunglasses, a navy mini dress and a big smile, Lohan was picked up in an SUV and taken to stay with a Los Angeles sober coach, according to TMZ.

Lohan's release comes three months after she was ordered to serve 90 days in a care facility as part of a plea deal in association with a June 2012 car accident. The stay helped her avoid up to eight months in jail after she reportedly lied to the police about who was driving the vehicle.

The stay, which was completed between Cliffside and the Betty Ford Center, and is rumored to be the troubled starlet's sixth stint in rehab. Lohan was also ordered to complete 30 days of community service and 18 months of therapy, which should keep her occupied along with several Hollywood commitments.

Lohan will be guest hosting an episode of "Chelsea Lately" on Aug. 5 and is also expected to appear at the premiere for her new film, "The Canyons" during the Venice Film Festival.

After that, Lohan is set to sit down with Oprah for an exclusive post-rehab interview. She will also film an eight-part series for the OWN Network that will focus on her efforts to rebuild her health and her career.

While Lohan has fallen off the track to recovery before, sources say that this time it's different.

"Lindsay has been doing so well at Cliffside," a source recently told Radar Online of Lohan's supposedly successful stint. "She is responding very, very well to treatment."

"It's like invasion of the body snatchers," another source told TMZ, echoing the sentiment. "She's a different person."
