Aaron Hernandez will not be too pleased knowing a personal letter he wrote proclaiming his innocence to an alleged fan while sitting in his jail cell was leaked to the public.
TMZ has obtained a copy of a letter the former New England Patriots' tight end sent to an unknown person, reportedly verifying it is authenticity with law enforcement officials.
Below are a few sentences from the letter:
"The world just makes things out of false accusations ... and it will all die down, especially when they say NOT GUILTY"
"All the people who turned on me will feel like crap."
"God put me in this situation for a reason."
"Can't wait to sign [autographs] again when I'm playing again an [sic] prove all the haters WRONG."

According to TMZ, the person who received the letter was a fan named Karl, who wrote to Hernandez because he reportedly served time in the same jail 15 years ago.
Karl's hope was to reach out to Hernandez to give words of encouragement. He told TMZ he would visit the football player if he would see him.
Hernandez has been charged with the murder of Odin Lloyd, was denied bail and will remain behind bars until his trial.
Documents in Hernandez's case were recently unsealed and released to the public. With the release of the documents came surveillance footage of Hernandez in his home.
"An individual whose identity is known to police indicated that Aaron Hernandez, Ernest Wallace and Odin Lloyd were outside the Nissan Altima when Odin Lloyd was killed," a released affidavit stated. "...The individual stated that he was instructed by Ernest Wallace to take possession of a firearm that was inside Aaron Hernandez rented Nissan shortly after the homicide of Odin Lloyd."
Hernandez pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder and five gun-related charges, and his next court date is on Aug. 22.
