Suits Season 3 Episode 5 Sneak Peek: [WATCH] Harvey and Stephen Are About to Team Up; Mike is Off the Case

So, remember last week when Harvey (Gabriel Macht) and Mike (Patrick J. Adams) completely failed and lost Ava Hessington (Michelle Fairley) her company? Well, this left Harvey thinking his shot at taking over the firm was no longer available.

According to TVGuide.com, that’s not exactly the case.

In a TVGuide.com exclusive sneak peek, the British Harvey—Stephen Huntley (Max Beesley)—tells Mr. Specter that his deal with Darby (Conleth Hill) is not quite off the table.

“Deal stays in place, as long as you win [Ava’s] murder trial,” says Stephen.

To which Harvey responds: “What if my plan is to not even have a murder trial?”

“As long as you don’t accomplish that by having Ava plead guilty, you’ll be the next managing partner,” explains Stephen.

So what’s Harvey’s plan? He wants to force Cameron Dennis (Gary Cole) off the case, by suing Tony Gianopulous. Natuarally Stephen asks what they would be suing for. Insert the right-on-time entrance of Mike Ross who presents three possible law suits. Unfortunately for Mike, Stephen bets Harvey he has a better idea and Mike is kicked off the case for the forseeable future.

It will be fun to see Harvey and Stephen work together. They could both butt heads and get nothing done as they try to outdo each other. Or, they could be one of the best dream teams law TV has ever seen and make life for Mr. Gianopulous extremely miserable. Hopefully for Ava’s sake, it’s the latter.

"Suits" airs on USA, Tuesday nights at 10/9c.
