The US House of Representatives included in the House defense bill a provision for Ukraine security assistance worth $450 million to support the mounting losses of Ukraine.

Washington dictates to NATO countries to give money for military aid for Ukraine to replace busted weapons. Also, the US gave $54 billion, which is almost the amount for Russian defense, which spends less.

Looming Recession to Happen Soon

The proposed bill allows Pentagon chief Lloyd Austin to dispense up to $450 million to support Ukraine in the fiscal year 2023, which is $150 more than requested by the White House, noted Yahoo news.

Other parts of the bill require updated security strategies that cover US non-NATO European partners. Quarterly briefings to Congress on US and allied attempts to replenish tactical missile stocks were given to Kyiv, reported Sputnik News.

The bill also asks the Pentagon to set a formal goal to eventually eliminate the use of Russian energy at dozens of US bases dotting Europe.

Other provisions of the bill state that the Russian Federation is attempting to expand its presence and allegedly malign influence in Latin America and the Caribbean, including through African operations of Russian private military contractors and attempts by Moscow to establish naval bases in the region.

House Armed Services Committee Chairman Adam Smith said in a statement regarding these concerns.

The committee claims that China and Russia are threats to US hegemony that relies on the perception that it provides security, freedom, and prosperity for everyone underneath the rules-based international order it wants to perpetuate.

US House of Representatives backs investment opportunities in the partnerships and alliances that the US needs to meet these hurdles, such as more than $6 billion for the Pacific Deterrence Initiative and nearly $4 billion for the European Deterrence Initiative, including Ukraine security assistance.

Reports say the House Armed Services Committee suggests about $772 billion for the 2023 defense budget. The Senate is willing to allow $817 billion with an excess of $45 billion that the budget asked by the White House.

After a series of modifications and bargaining to integrate their House and Senate versions, National Defense Authorization bills are generally accepted at the end of each calendar year, with the 'fiscal year' beginning and ending every October.

Biden Aministration Spends on Ukraine

Critics of Biden's administration say he is driving the country to the edge of a cliff. Why does Ukraine merit more expenses than Americans after billions spent has proved futile; insinuations that the Democrat-led administration denies record inflation, high fuel prices, vagrants everywhere, and criminality.

House Republicans, a minority, are against a single penny of the $40 billion aid allowed by congress Dems last month; they are saying the alleged trainwreck called the Biden administration is sponsoring a pointless proxy war against Moscow that is derailing.

Texas Republican representative Chip Roy said last month; that all the money should go to the US, not Volodymyr Zelensky, because he is not the American people. He doubts the intentions of the White House.

US House of Representatives and its support for the $450 million Ukraine security assistance is considered detrimental to domestic problems where the funds can go to. Such awful decisions by Joe Biden may see a bloodbath in November.
