Meghan Trainor is all about that Peanuts! The singer revealed she will have a song on the soundtrack of the upcoming "The Peanuts Movie" by Instagramming a "Peanutized" version of herself that animators created.
"They wanted a song about confidence, and I knew I was good at writing those. I feel better when I'm onstage dancing and having fun, so I wrote about that," Trainor told People about her song for the film, "Better When I'm Dancin.'"
Regarding the cartoon version of herself, Trainor added: "Isn't it so cute? They sent me the first version and I said, 'Don't touch it, it's perfect!'"
The song will officially be released in September, according to Entertainment Weekly.
"The Peanuts Movie," which comes out Nov. 6, features classic characters like Charlie Brown, Snoopy, Woodstock, Linus and Lucy on the silver screen for the very first time.
Trainor, who had surgery on a hemorrhaged vocal cord earlier this month, is currently on her MTrain Tour in support of her hit album "Title."
