Talk show host Jon Stewart has revealed the guests who will make appearances on the final episodes of "The Daily Show," which will end this week.
Louis C.K., Denis Leary and Amy Schumer are set to join Stewart as he signs off from the long-running nighttime talk show on Aug. 6, according to Vulture.
All three guests are close friends of Stewart, with the talk show host revealing in a Q&A with CNN that C.K. and Leary are two of his favorite guests because he does not have to do any work for the interview.
Plans for the final show have been kept tightly under wraps, but the finale is scheduled to run 50 minutes long, giving way for a few surprises that may be in store, according to the Washington Post.
Schumer, who stars in the summer comedy film "Trainwreck," will appear on Monday. "Sex&Drugs&Rock&Roll" star Leary will sit down with Stewart on Tuesday, and C.K., who stars in the FX television series "Louie," will make an appearance on Wednesday, according to the New York Times.
And on Thursday, Comedy Central will air a day-long marathon of old episodes of "The Daily Show," as a lead-up to the finale on Friday, beginning at 10:30 a.m.
