Uma Thurman and ex-fiancé Arpad Busson resolved their custody battle over their three-year-old daughter at a hearing in Manhattan on Thursday.
The former couple gave friendly kisses to one another after the hearing, which stemmed from Busson filing a case against Thurman for more time with their daughter Rosalind, also known as Luna, according to BANG Showbiz.
Matthew Cooper, judge for the Manhattan Supreme Court, praised Thurman and Busson for managing to set aside their differences and being able to amicably settle the battle.
"Everybody compromised a bit. I think it was all done to make one person happy and that one person is Luna," Cooper said, Page Six reported.
Thurman and Busson both signed a three-year contract on how they can raise Luna. Other details of the settlement remained confidential.
The former couple was engaged back in 2008 before briefly splitting in 2009. Sometime later, they reconciled and welcomed their daughter together in July 2012.
Earlier this year, however, they ended up splitting for good, according to People.
