Fetty Wap is in stable condition after he wrecked his motorcycle in his hometown of Paterson, N.J. on Saturday.
Wap attempted to pass a vehicle, but he didn't see another vehicle approaching in the other lane, according to TMZ. The motorcycle and the oncoming vehicle then collided.
"Fetty Wap was involved in a motorcycle accident earlier today he was treated at a local hospital and is in stable condition," a rep for Wap told TMZ.
Paramedics rushed the rapper, who was riding alone, to a local hospital. Doctors reportedly ran tests for possible fractures. Wap's friend DJ Louie Styles tweeted a pic of Wap conscious and sitting on a gurney.
"wap is Gucci everybody thank you for your prayers," Styles wrote. "Amen."
"His family wants to thank everyone for their outpouring of love and support," his rep told People. "They ask that you respect their privacy during this time. We will provide an update on his condition as it becomes available."
Wearing his motorcycle helment, Wap shared an Instagram video earlier in the week to promote a club appearance in Clifton, N.J.
