Vicki Gunvalson's boyfriend Brooks Ayers finally comes forward with proof that he isn't faking his cancer diagnosis in the upcoming episode of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County." In the sneak peek below, Ayers presents co-star Tamra Judge with paperwork from his most recent PET scan to prove that he is battling non-Hodgkin's lymphoma — but she still has her doubts.
"So I recently had another PET scan done, so this is the results," Ayers tells Judge in the clip as he hands over some papers.
"I hope this will shut 'em up and show them that they were wrong," says Ayers in his on-camera interview.
The clip then cuts to a conversation between Judge and co-star Meghan King Edmonds, the sleuth of the "RHOC" cast. Edmonds, who has taken on the role of fact-checker this season, used some of her skills to dig up information on the clinic where Ayers said he's being treated.
"I called and I asked them 'Do you do PET scans?'" Edmonds tells Judge. "They said no."
"I'm starting to feel like I'm being played by Brooks and Vicki," says Judge in her on-camera interview.
"'Do you think he's lying? Do you think he made this report up?'" Judge asks Edmonds.
