On this week's episode of Bravo's "The Real Housewives of Orange County," Brooks Ayers attempted to put an end to the speculation that he's been faking his non-Hodgkin's lymphoma diagnosis, a storyline that's been the center of season 10, as previously reported by HNGN. However, "RHOC" star Heather Dubrow stopped by "Watch What Happens Live" and gave host Andy Cohen her opinion on how Ayers chose to prove his diagnosis.
"I have a lot of questions for you," Cohen told Dubrow. "Why do you think they chose to show the records to Tamra?"
"Well I mean, it's an interesting question," Dubrow said. "We're shooting the reunion this week, so I'm just going to say that there are things I may not say tonight. But I will say this, I'm married to a doctor, I'd like to think I have a little M.D., married to doctor. Shannon goes to lots of doctors, Meghan's been in the medical field. I mean, choosing Tamra was an odd choice or a specific choice."
Cohen questioned King Edmond's career in the medical field.
"Yeah, she worked in medical sales for a long time," Dubrow said.
Dubrow's fellow guest, "Ladies of London" star Annabelle Neilson, chimed in and said that working in medical sales is not the same as being a doctor.
"No, but it's someone who knows what a medical scam might look like, as opposed to lay person who would have no idea what it looks like," Dubrow explained.
"Well, I mean, the doctor was a general physician. It wasn't an oncologist, so I'm not sure," she said. "Actually, I think what the doctor said was that, 'I have this scan and, unless it's faked, you have this.' That's what the doctor said."
