Jenelle Evans was rushed to the hospital this past weekend. The "Teen Mom 2" star suffered a nasty head and knee injury after slipping on wet pavement from all the rain in South Carolina from Hurricane Joaquin, Radar Online reported.
"Jenelle was going to dinner with her boyfriend David and friend Tori; and when she got home, everything was flooded on her street and she slipped and fell on the driveway getting out of the car," a source said.
She busted her knee and chin open, causing her to need stitches on her chin.
"The whole reason Jenelle fell and slipped was because of the bad weather," the source explained. "And her entire street was flooded."
The incident took place shortly after midnight and she wasn't released until after 7 a.m. on Sunday. She is recovering, but is "tired and in pain," the source added.
Jenelle proved just how bad the weather was in her neighborhood with a photo of the dangerous flooding.
"My street yesterday late afternoon," she wrote. "Schools are def closed today! #hurrcanejoaquin."
