Gokhan Tore and Oguzhan Ozyakup are the latest names rumored to be on their way to Arsenal during next transfer season, according to Metro.
The move would welcome back Ozyakup after he spent time with the club's academy and senior team until leaving in 2012, according to Bleacher Report. Bringing back the talented midfielder raises the same question manager Arsene Wenger asked before selling him: Where would he play?
Arsenal's midfield has only improved since Ozyakup departed. Santi Carzola, Jack Wilshire, Aaron Ramsey, Musit Ozil and Alexis Sanchez, among others, govern the area and make any newcomers job of breaking in almost impossible.
Tore could find some playing time on the right-wing, a place he governs with authority for his Turkish club, especially since Arsenal attacker Theo Walcott has moved from his outside midfield spot to a central forward spot. Between Walcott and Sanchez running the wings and forward spots, bringing in another player like Tore could provide added depth.
Arsenal needs more depth at forward and defender. However, if Wenger has his way, this transfer rumor could turn real come January.
