It's no surprise that Nicki Minaj loves to show off her curves, but it wasn't her sexy see-through outfit that was the surprise this past weekend. While The Weeknd was performing his hit song "The Hills" on "Saturday Night Live," the Queen of Rap herself came out on stage to perform the song's new remix, and she absolutely killed it.
The two had hinted on social media that they would be dropping their collaboration sometime soon, but nobody expected them to do an unannounced performance of it just hours before it was officially released. As usual, Minaj's verse was sexual and sultry, but in a way only she can pull off, and her outfit played the part.
The 32-year-old rapper showed off her famous assets in a lace purple-and-orange Balmain dress that was not only see-through, but extremely low- cut, too. As if the front wasn't revealing enough, Minaj sported a black thong underneath, completely exposing her iconic butt, and she looked incredible doing so. Her hair was jet-black and long enough to touch her backside, and her Alexander McQueen knee-high leather boots were just the icing on the cake.
Following the performance, she posted a photo of herself and the 25-year-old r&b singer, who's real name is Abel Tesfaye, announcing that their remix would be available on iTunes at midnight. And naturally, following this announcement came plenty of selfies as she confidently posed for the camera in her see-through ensemble.
"Lol I had so much fun performing on SNL," she captioned a clip from their performance. "They're always a pleasure to be around. Thank u Abel, The Hills Remix is now on iTunes. #MakeSomeNoiseNewYork." The Weeknd even posted a few shots from his time on the show, including one with host Amy Schumer, one with "young star" cast member Pete Davidson and another thanking "SNL" for having him on.
