Dennis Hof, the brothel's owner, said that Odom had been taking "a lot" of an "herbal Viagra," but that no drugs were found in his room, according to NBC News.
Odom had checked in on Saturday and at about 3:30 p.m. (6 p.m. EDT) on Tuesday, Odom was found on the floor. "We called 911, and the 911 told my staff what to do: turn him over on his left side," Hof told NBC. "There was this terrible foaming stuff coming out of him. He was throwing up, a little bit of blood."
"It's a real shock," Hof added. "It's terrible that our business is being disrupted. Here's a guy who just wanted to have a good time and be private, and it's tragic."
Hof also owns the famous Moonlite Bunny Ranch featured in the HBO series "Cathouse."

Lamar Odom was found unconscious at Dennis Hof's Love Ranch South in Nevada earlier today, TMZ reported. The 35-year-old former basketball player was found in the VIP suite by a woman and he is currently fighting for his life.
Sources have said that he had been partying with some girls for a few days but was alone when he was found. When the woman entered the room and found him, Hof said she began screaming for the manager, who then called 911. When the manager found Odom, he rolled him onto his side and found a "mucus-type liquid coming out of his nose and mouth."
Once in the ambulance, they realized he could not breathe on his own, so doctors intubated him before airlifting him to a hospital in Las Vegas for more treatment. "It's not good," sources said.
At the time, he was taking herbal Viagra while staying at the ranch, but it is unclear if this had anything to do with his condition, according to E! News. It is also unknown if any alcohol and drugs were found in the room. He has not yet regained consciousness, and sources say things aren't looking good.
The former NBA star, who was previously married to Khloe Kardashian, has been having a lot of issues ever since they split two years ago, according to Variety. There was even a time when he went missing after a drug-fueled bender, and his previous coach, Jim Harrick, told Perez Hilton that he "feared for his life," as HNGN previously reported.
This story is still developing and we will keep you updated on his condition.
