We've seen Lena Dunham's "Girls" character Hannah at her best, and we've definitely seen her at her worst, but one thing that's always remained consistent is that she really just doesn't care what people think. Over the past four seasons of the hit HBO show, Dunham has proved that her character loves to dance, and the latest teaser is the perfect way to kick off season five.
The official "Girls" Facebook page released the full teaser for the upcoming season this past weekend, and Hannah is back in full force. The clip shows Dunham breaking out in her best moves in a room full of women in just a sports bra and shorts. "Dance like no one's watching," the tag line reads.
"Get up on it," the caption reads. "#Girls returns (with more of Hannah's dance moves) February 21 at 10PM."
Dunham not only stars of the successful show, but is the creator and writer as well. While promoting her new feminist newsletter Lenny Letter on Elvis Duran and the Morning Show, she hinted that the show may end after the sixth season, according to E! News.
"Never say never, but that is the way we're thinking about it right now and we're starting to think about sort of how to wrap up the story lines of these particular young women," she explained. "It's really exciting. I started working on this show when I was 23 and I'm going to be 30 so it kind of feels right that this show kind of sandwiched by 20s and then I go off into the world."
