Pakistan, which ranked eighth in the International Cricket Council (ICC) rankings, is aiming to carry winning momentum against England's struggling ODI side, according to ICC Cricket. It defeated visitors by 2-0 in the tour's Test series.
Pakistan's middle order batsman Younis Khan, 37, may announce his retirement from ODI after the current series against England, media reports said on Monday.
"There has been so much controversy over his selection in the one-day team and plus the clear indications from the team management that they want to build a young team for the World Cup 2019 that Younis is contemplating retirement," a source said, according to Press Trust of India.
