Pakistan, which is leading the series by 1-0, seeks to clinch the series. It won the second Test by 178 runs in Dubai while the first Test, played at Abu Dhabi, ended in a draw.
The hosts are expecting another brilliant performance from spinners Yasir Shah and Zulfiqar Babar. The duo helped Pakistan to win the second Test.
"The mood is confident and we want to win the match so that we can take the series and rise in rankings," Babar said, according to NDTV Sports.
England needs to win the third Test against Pakistan to draw the three-match series 1-1.
England's skipper Alastair Cook, who scored an epic double hundred in the first Test, said that his side will bounce back to draw level the series.
"Naturally when you lose a game or people haven't performed as well as they would have liked, people will look at the team. We have a good squad and players itching to get in," said Cook, according to AFP. "We'll look at our team and if we sustain the type of cricket we've played for five days rather than four-and-a-half we've got a really good chance."
